Health Normals

To begin, follow steps on searching / selecting the dog with which you would like to add/edit their file.

Once the dog is selected, follow these steps…

1.Select the [Show Details] icon to the left of the dog’s name.

2. Select the [Health Normals] tab.

     

3. Click the [Inline Add] button.

 

4. Next,

A. Date – Enter the [Date] the exam was done.

B. Veterinarian – Select the veterinarian by typing their name into the field. Any matches will appear. Select the match you are looking for. If not able to find a match, it may be that the vet is not in the system yet. Ensure spelling is correct or there is not another option for them in the system. If still unable to find, click [Add new] in the blue print under the field and add them. They will then be in the system for future entries.

  C. Data from Health Survey – If the data is being received through a health survey, check this box.

D. Save – Once all the information is entered, click the [check mark] icon to the left of the row.

  E. Health Normals selections –  You will find boxes already checked off below each of the following headings – Blood Lymph, Cardiovascular, Endocrine, GI Exocrine, Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Oncologic, Ophthalmologic, Respiratory, Skin Ears, Urogenital. After completing the exam and if all categories are normal (NAF), leave as is and click [Save] – ‘check mark’ icon, after entering A and B.

If you find anything abnormal, uncheck those boxes that apply and click [Save] – ‘check mark’ icon. Once saved, go to [Health Diagnoses] tab and enter the appropriate diagnoses.
