PDT – Team Progress Reports

To enter a Team Progress Report, select the dog in training you wish to edit. (See Article – link to be added soon) 

a) Go to [Training] tab

b) Select [Training Active] from drop down menu

c) Select the [Show Details] tab

d) Select [Team Progress Reports]

e) Select [Add new}

 

Then follow these steps…

  1. Enter [Which Report] from the drop down menu. If you do not see the selection you want, you can select [Add new] under the data field to add to the list.
  2. Enter who the report was [Completed By]
  3. Enter the [Date] the report was completed (use the calendar icon or the individual Month, Day, year drop down menus).
  4. You can also then enter Test Information, and General Notes in the last two fields. However these are not required.
  5. Next, scroll through each section you are testing, and select the outcome of the testing that best matches the result.

6. When you reach the end of the testing questions, there is a section for [Weight Appropriate] and [Health] to fill out. As well you can enter when the [Date Due Next] will be.

7. When everything is entered, be sure to click [Save] to process.
