Managing Puppy Raiser and Breeder Host applications

Why do this?

You may want to manage applications and long term data of puppy raisers, breeder hosts, puppy owners and other types of carers. This allows you to store meaningful information about potential puppy/dog carers, update information as you process the applicant, and manage the status of their application, such as:

• Managing applications to approve the person for the requested programs and roles
• Log communications, education provided, incidents, important contacts, add attachments and view relationships this person has with your organization
• indicate whether the volunteer is still actively engaged as a foster carer or inactivate them if they are not.
• Add a new request to get a new foster carer for a dog.

How to to this:

Access this through the menus: “People/Organizations > Manage Foster Carer Applications > All Foster Carer Apps”

Here, you can click “Add New” to create a new application. Saved applications will be organized visible in the relevant tabs available on the “All Foster Carer Apps” page.
